HypnoMothering is a grounded, flexible approach to ease the way for conception, birth, and beyond. Through hypnosis (a natural state of selective, focused attention), families learn rapid relaxation and breathing techniques to support the work of the body, and self-hypnosis to quiet the mind and create emotional calm.
